As the Inventory Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of inventory operations within the warehouse. You will oversee daily inventory activities and lead a team responsible for maintaining optimal stock management while supporting operational excellence across the supply chain network.
What You Will Be Doing

Lead and coordinate daily inventory control activities within the warehouse to ensure high levels of stock accuracy.

Supervise and guide the inventory team to ensure adherence to operational procedures and internal control standards.

Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements and ensure all transactions are accurately reflected in the system.

Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation processes to maintain inventory accuracy.

Identify, investigate, and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, and inventory variances.

Work closely with warehouse operations, transport, and commercial teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and stock availability.

Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and inventory management best practices.

Prepare and analyze inventory performance reports to support operational decision-making.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes, efficiency, and operational visibility.

Train, coach, and develop inventory associates to maintain high operational standards and team performance.
What We Are Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain operations.

Previous experience leading or supervising operational teams in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Strong understanding of inventory control processes, stock reconciliation, and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
