We are looking for for an Incubation/Acquisition Associate to support with Vendor Acquisition Efforts 

What you will be doing 

  • Support vendor acquisition strategy and meet key business targets 
  •  Implement referral campaigns to grow active vendor base 
  •  Identify and acquire strategic vendors aligned with long-term objectives
  • Manage vendor acquisition pipeline and conduct due diligence
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful vendor onboarding 
  • Validate lead quality and complete vendor acquisition through SSU form
  • Ensure vendors are properly trained and supported for platform success
  • Monitor vendor performance and recommend process improvements
  • Generate leads through tele acquisition and Salesforce
  • Execute tasks based on established tools and performance metrics
  • Ensure vendors align with Jumia's brand values and customer needs

What we are looking for 

  • Flawless English communication
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Ability to run a sales pipeline to drive organic sign-ups
  • Good analytical skills
  • Clear communication and reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Ability to meet deadlines (Time Management Skills)
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Be a self-starter and have a strong drive to deliver results.
