Talent Acquisition - 6 months Internship (m/f/d)
Mission Brief
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Hunt the best candidates by actively sourcing on various channels
- Screen applications and keep interviews on track by coordinating and scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
- Support us with conducting first interviews
- Publish Job advertisements across our career page and job boards
- Keep Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system, sharp and up to date
- Get hands-on with talent attraction projects e.g. the setup of our KPIs
- Support recruiting events to connect with future talent
- Spot what needs improvement and help fix it
Qualification Checklist
- Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, psychology, HR, or a related field
- First practical exposure to recruiting or HR (internship, working student role, or project work) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data to support reporting and KPI tracking
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work onsite at least 2 days / week
- Fluent in English

- German language skills
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or another ATS
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
