Working Student Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)
Mission Brief
As a Working Student in Supply Chain Management, you will support key initiatives to improve procurement and logistics processes for our space mission. Your responsibilities will include maintaining master data, managing purchase contracts, and documenting process changes to drive operational efficiency. Collaborating with our team, you’ll contribute to ongoing process enhancements and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic project environment.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Clean and maintain business partner master data as part of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process improvement initiatives; additional related tasks may arise as the project progresses
- Upload and manage purchase contracts in Legisway, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Enrich and update material master data (procurement data) to support operational efficiency
- Document all SCM processes (incl. procurement and logistics) in a clear and structured manner
- Regularly update and maintain our Navigator (intranet) with the latest process and data changes
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned during the contract duration to support the evolving needs of the project or department
Qualification Checklist
- Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling and maintaining business data
- Good analytical and organizational skills to effectively document and manage processes and data
- Proficient in MS Office applications (particularly Excel and Word); experience with data entry and management systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; German is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, project-driven environment
- Willingness to quickly learn new software tools (such as Legisway and Tin) is essential
- Motivated, proactive, and adaptable to evolving project needs and assigned tasks

- Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage, but not required
