About the Role:

The HR Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the people operations of a fast-paced business. This position focuses on the accurate, timely, and confidential administration of HR processes, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. The role suits someone highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a precise, performance-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Issue probation letters and routine employment correspondence
  • Respond to reference requests
  • Maintain and update HR systems and employee records
  • Keep headcount and people data spreadsheets accurate and up to date
  • Manage visa applications and renewals, liaising with immigration providers and tracking expiry dates
  • Maintain compliant and organised HR files
  • Update HRIS fields, including notice periods, contract changes and role updates
  • Provide first-line HR support, escalating complex issues to Head of HR

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you will have some previous experience within an administrative role
  • Degree educated, ideally within a related HR subject

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
