Working Student (f/m/d) Customer Experience Manager

For us, our customers and their satisfaction are at the heart of our work. The Customer Experience Management Team analyzes the customer experience and satisfaction of all IONOS customers worldwide. From these analyses, we collaborate with specialized departments across the entire company to derive projects aimed at increasing customer satisfaction, thereby contributing significantly to company success. Following your onboarding, you will support our Customer Experience Managers in the detailed evaluation of customer feedback and customer data, in conducting customer journey mappings, and in implementing the resulting measures. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of engaging projects. Ideally, you will be available to support us for at least 12 months.

Tasks

• Conduct analyses on customer experience and customer satisfaction to derive key insights for improving the overall customer experience.
• Support extensive customer journey analyses, visualize touchpoints using internal mystery shopping, and derive optimization measures.
• Assist in conducting competitive analyses of our international competitors.
• Contribute to the implementation of AI tools to increase efficiency in our data analyses and operational processes.
• Collaborate on team projects and take on your own independent tasks following the onboarding phase.

Qualifications

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, (Business) Informatics, Humanities/Social Sciences, (Business) Psychology, or a comparable field of study, alongside the following qualifications:

• An analytical mindset and basic knowledge of working with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Initial experience in data analysis as well as using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable applications).
• First practical experience in project management.
• Very good German and English language skills combined with strong communication abilities.
• A reliable, diligent, independent, and goal-oriented approach to work.
• Enthusiasm for taking on responsibility and demonstrating self-initiative.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Strong team player attributes with excellent interpersonal skills.
