We are evolving our brand marketing team for the AI era – and we're looking for creative, tech-savvy minds who want to take their discipline to the next level with AI. Whether you come from design, content, motion, video, or social media: if you see AI as the greatest creative lever of our generation, this is the role for you. AI is at the core of this role, not an add-on. You will identify, pilot, and scale AI-powered workflows in your area of expertise with the goal of delivering measurable efficiency gains across content production, localization, campaign execution, and creative operations. You will help define the AI tooling strategy for our brand marketing organization from scratch, build the roadmap, and drive adoption across the entire team. You will work in a large, international team across ten brands and be part of a cross-functional network spanning design, campaign, content, creative, and product marketing. Your impact will be visible – because you will help shape how one of Europe's largest digital platforms builds its creative future.
Tasks
- Define, implement, and scale AI-powered workflows in your discipline – with a clear mandate to reduce manual effort, accelerate timelines, and improve output quality at scale.
- Systematically analyze existing processes for automation and AI optimization potential, evaluate the best tools and platforms, test them, and integrate them into the production pipeline.
- Help shape governance frameworks, adoption standards, and success metrics for AI-powered tools and workflows across the organization.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for AI applications in your field – track emerging technologies and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
- Deliver high-quality output in your discipline – whether visual designs, written content, animations, video edits, or social media campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all ten brands and markets – through scalable templates, asset libraries, style guides, and standardized workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with adjacent disciplines (design, content, motion, video, social, campaign) to ensure a coherent brand experience.
- Serve as an operational interface between your area of expertise and adjacent teams (campaign, product marketing, CTO organization).
- Actively contribute to cross-functional alignment processes for major campaigns and strategic projects.
- Support brand positioning and go-to-market initiatives across the brand portfolio.
Qualifications
You bring deep expertise (5+ years of experience) in at least one of the following core disciplines (Design, Content Creation & Strategy, Motion Design, Video Editing & Production, or Social Media Management) ideally in a complex multi-brand, B2B tech, or agency environment, and are eager to combine it with AI competence:
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience with AI tools in your field (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly, Claude, GPT, Gemini, Runway, Pika, Kling, Descript, ElevenLabs, HeyGen) – you already use AI productively in your daily work and can show concrete examples and results.
- Ability to evaluate and implement AI platforms – with a focus on measurable ROI, governance, and organizational adoption.
- Strong portfolio or track record that demonstrates both craft excellence and strategic thinking.
- Experience working in or with large, cross-functional teams (30+ people) and common project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Clickup, or similar).
- Highly motivated by greenfield situations with the ability to build an AI tooling strategy from scratch as an exciting creative challenge.
- Ability to lead through influence – building trust and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and the drive to advance not just your own work but the way the entire team works with AI.
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English are required (fluent). German language skills are a strong plus.
