Join us as a Working Student in Content and Communication Management. In this role, you will support our team in delivering high-quality communication to IONOS customers globally. You will work with modern tools to manage content, templates, and notifications, ensuring our standards are met across all relevant markets.

Tasks

• Creation and publication of texts for customer communication.
• Integration of texts into various tools according to our standards.
• Management of internal tickets using Jira.
• Creation of mailing templates in our mail editor tool according to specifications from product and campaign managers.
• Testing and approval of templates.
• Translation of templates for all relevant IONOS markets.
• Creation of SMS and push notifications.
• Updating training documents in English.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student at a college or university.
• Ideally, initial experience in dealing with content management systems.
• Comfortable working in an environment with technical products.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
