Working Student (f/m/d) HR Strategy & Operations

Join our team as a Working Student and support our HR modernization. You will work on AI-supported knowledge conversion and process optimization, helping to build a central, AI-ready knowledge base and designing workflows for maximum automation, such as offboarding and certificate creation.

Tasks

• Convert existing HR documents into uniform, AI-readable formats for chatbot integration.
• Support the development of a standardized target format for all HR knowledge sources.
• Review HR processes to identify and implement potential for AI-driven automation.
• Create decision trees and process flowcharts to visualize automated workflows.
• Document HR knowledge to serve as a high-quality source for AI tools.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student with at least two years of study completed (ideally in HR or Business).
• Strong interest in AI tools and practical experience using them to simplify work tasks.
• Analytical mindset with an Abitur grade of 2.0 or better (specifically in Mathematics).
• Diligent, detail-oriented working style with reliable follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication skills and initial experience in a professional or internship environment.

Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
