Working Student (f/m/d) - Employer Branding

Tasks

• Support in the operational website‑management and strategic development.
• Create texts for external and internal communication (intranet, newsletter, career page, etc.).
• Manage employer‑review platforms (kununu, Glassdoor).
• Plan events in collaboration with Recruiting.
• Work closely with other departments within IONOS (e.g., Branding, Internal Communication).

Qualifications

• Advanced studies in economics, marketing or communications.
• Editorial skill and a sense for design.
• Initial experience with CMS and Canva is a plus.
• High affinity for employer‑branding and HR topics, as well as interest in personnel marketing and corporate culture.
• Fluent in German and English.
