We are seeking an experienced, skilled and passionate Senior Manager Quality Assurance Cloud to lead our quality assurance team in Berlin and to ensure that our cloud products and services meet the highest standards of quality, security, and reliability.

Tasks

• Lead and develop a Berlin‑based QA team.
• Guide and mentor the team in understanding cloud infrastructure and Test automation.
• Design, structure, and execute comprehensive test cases.
• Steer and develop the existing Test Automation Framework using Python.
• Ensure high test coverage and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and product managers.
• Conduct functional and regression testing to validate the Cloud Stack.
• Produce regular testing metrics and status reports for stakeholders, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and timely releases.

Qualifications

• +4 years of experience managing and leading international Quality Assurance teams.
• +5 Proven Experience in Quality Assurance.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches and tools.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure components.
• Ability to create and manage test plans independently.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments and logging into servers.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Mandatory eligibility for SÜ2 security clearance.

Big plus if you bring:  

• Experience with QA automation tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Knowledge of observability tools for debugging and monitoring.
• Previous work on cloud-native platforms or SaaS products.
