About the Role
As Manager(m/f/d) Music Identification you will review musical song data that has been reported to us by Digital Service Providers (“DSPs”) such as Spotify or Apple Music. You will examine the song data (title of the song, author of the song, etc.) we receive from DSPs and analyse it, looking for patterns and anomalies. You will be key in developing processes and QA checks that ensure we provide the best service to our customers.
The salary for this position is approximately 34,000 Euros gross annually, with an additional 5% performance-based bonus

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Can self-motivate and remain accurate whilst performing repetitive tasks in front of a monitor
- Independent analysis and problem solving skills are essential
- Able to support the team on a holistic basis as necessary
- Gain a rapid understanding of our business and how your work has an impact
- Structured and focused way of working, remaining independent and quality oriented at all times
- Solution driven and innovative mindset
- Capability of seeing the bigger picture
- Strong team-player
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative working approach, determined to reach the goals of the team
- Skilled PC and MS office skills (a plus):
- Excel
- PPT
- SQL
- General interest and high affinity in technical topics as well as numbers and statistics
- Analytical mindset and the capability to understand complex context quickly
- Experience in the music Industry is a plus
- Proactive hands on working attitude
