Experience Designer & Developer

Do you enjoy conceptualizing complex ideas into clear, usable, and visually appealing experiences? Can you quickly move from idea to prototyping something that people actually use? And are you excited about exploring the latest AI tools? 

To our office in Copenhagen, we are looking for an Experience Designer & Developer to help us design, prototype, and build the next generation of data- and AI-driven solutions – both for our clients and for our own brand and offerings. 

This is not a traditional UX role. It’s a builder role for someone who thrives at the intersection of visual storytelling, user-centric design, prototyping, and emerging AI tools.

What will you be working on?

This role is not just about “design support”, but a central part of how we turn strategies, data, and AI into products people adopt – and how we express our brand and offerings with clarity and quality. In short: You’ll be a part of shaping the experience of what we deliver and how we show up. 

In a project context

You’ll work closely with strategy consultants, data scientists, and engineers to shape product-like experiences around data and AI. Some of the challenges you will help solve: 

• How might we translate business and data complexity into clear user journeys, workflows, and clear interfaces? 
• How can we prototype, visualize, and demo our ideas fast to align stakeholders and test for viability and desirability? 
• How might we design analytics and GenAI solutions, so they feel like products and initiate data-driven decision-making or simplify workflows? 
• How do we ask the best possible questions for end-users and key stakeholders to understand their workflows and business needs? 
• … and then execute – the hands-on work of refining, testing, and fine-tuning working products and solutions

Outside of projects

When you are not on a client project, you’ll be elevating Intellishore’s overall user experience and brand. Depending on your interests and skills, this includes:

• Design and storytelling support for key proposals and flagship projects
• Contributing to brand initiatives such as:
  • Hero graphics and visuals for content pieces and campaigns
  • Webinars and events
  • New website features
  • Tools for surveys, lead generation, and thought leadership
• Supporting internal upskilling by exploring and sharing insights into new AI-powered tools and workflows

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for someone who combines strong visual and UX craft with an entrepreneurial builder mindset. 

If you can check some or all the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

• Highly collaborative and enjoy working closely with others across disciplines 
• Entrepreneurial and feel comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong visually – you care about quality, clarity, and aesthetics 
• Experienced in client work from an agency or consultancy (a plus, not required)
• Love experimenting with new tools, including AI-powered tools (e.g., Figma, Lovable, Cursor, Framer etc.) 

Tools and skills

• Strong experience with Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools)
• Experience designing highly aesthetic slides and assets for client-facing moments
• Comfortable with iterative prototyping and demoing of GenAI solutions
• Experience with front-end development
