We are looking for ambitious and passionate consultants with solid experience in strategy and project management within the field of Data and AI in Healthcare. More specifically, we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our fast-growing Zürich office starting September 1st 2026.

We are looking for passionate and curious people who want to lead and deliver projects within the field of advanced analytics and AI in Healthcare at our newly established Intellishore office in Zürich. You will actively contribute to and lead both strategic and implementation-focused projects and should thrive in having a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. 

By joining our small team of 11 people in Zürich you will get a unique opportunity to influence and shape the development and commercial growth of Intellishore CH in a highly entrepreneurial and flexible setup, while having the backing of a family of over 80 Intellishorians in Denmark.

What are we looking for in a Senior Strategy Consultant?

We are looking for an experienced individual with the competencies and professional mindset to lead strategic & technical projects. If you can nod your head at some or all of the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

• +3 years of experience in strategic consulting and project management
• Proven track record of driving data, analytics, or AI project OR pharma / healthcare projects
• Natural flair for relationship-building and stakeholder management
• Solid experience working with PowerPoint - We take great pride in our slides and see them as a critical tool to convey complex things in structured ways.
• Background in IT, engineering, business, economics, management, or similar. 
• Energetic, outgoing, and ambitious personality with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English - German or French in addition would be a plus.
• Located in or near Zürich.
