Technical Lead

This helps our merchant partners to grow their businesses while end customers get to benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. Due to our growth ambitions, we are looking for a talented Tech Lead to join the Credit Risk & Compliance Tribe.

What’s the role about?

As a Technical Lead, you will take on the development of an important part of the credit risk area. You’ll be developing Inbank systems, integrating 3rd party services, building APIs for integrations and having a say in the overall architecture and system design. Ideally, you champion best practices across your team but also across the tribe. You don’t shy away from building well-designed, testable and efficient code, and can participate in code reviews. You’ll document what you build, you ship it but you own it too.

Our current tech stack consists of:

Java 17, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Amazon Web Services, Docker, Node.js, Vue.js, Jenkins and more.

Ideally, you have the following skills:

  • 3-5 years of previous experience with leading teams of product engineers within high-quality technical solutions
  • Experience with Java, AWS, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL
  • Proven track record with building sustainable software architecture
  • Can ensure high code quality by explaining good development practices and design patterns
  • Proficiency in team development, and technical roadmap planning
  • Ability to uphold high code quality through mentorship and review.

It's a bonus, if you have:

  • Experience in the financial sector.
