About the Role:  

We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our established Campus Recruitment team of 9 people consisting of a Team Lead, four Campus Recruiters, a Campus Program Specialist, an Event Coordinator and two Recruitment Coordinators. As our newest member, you will take ownership of hiring top-tier intern and graduate talent from Europe’s leading universities.

 

Your Core Responsibilities: 

  • Own and manage end-to-end campus recruitment pipelines across Trading and Technology roles, from early identification through to the final selection and close
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate skills, motivation and cultural fit
  • Represent IMC on campus at career events, workshops and strategic university partnerships across Europe
  • Collaborate closely with Trading and Technology stakeholders, and the broader People Team to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Drive forward recruitment initiatives and strategic projects with a proactive mindset and a bias for efficiency
  • Operate effectively in a data-driven environment by leveraging data, analytics and research to track performance and improve conversion rates

 

Your Skills and Experience: 

  • 3+ years of experience in campus or early careers recruitment within trading, finance, tech or a similarly fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Deliver against hiring targets by effectively managing a high volume of applications, maintaining focus and efficiency while navigating competing demands
  • A well-organized and detail-oriented approach with the ability to balance operational and strategic priorities
  • A strong commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience through clear, timely communication and feedback
  • Proven relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners (i.e. universities, student associations, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel across Europe on a regular basis
