The Role – Make Every Customer Experience Unforgettable
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in improving the Huspy customer journey by delivering top-notch service and ensuring an outstanding experience for every user. You'll work closely with the Operations team, supporting issue management and cross-team coordination to guarantee a smooth and efficient service. Your contribution will have a direct impact on business growth and team success.

Key Requirements
📄 A university internship agreement is required
🛠️ Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and Zapier is a plus

What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers)
👥 Customer Interaction (80%)

  • Make outbound calls to potential or current clients to confirm service quality, collect feedback, and resolve basic inquiries or escalate to the appropriate teams

  • Ensure a friendly, professional, and high-standard experience in every interaction

  • Log all interactions clearly and accurately in our CRM

🗂️ Operational & Administrative Support (20%)

  • Assist in updating databases, tracking cases, and completing recurring administrative tasks

  • Collaborate with teams such as Customer Success and Sales to ensure traceability across processes

  • Identify opportunities for operational or internal communication improvements

📌 Project Execution & Incident Management

  • Support the implementation and follow-up of operational projects that help accelerate customer funnel conversion and optimize our property portfolio

  • Communicate daily with clients and/or real estate advisors to support incident resolution
