As a Marketing GTM Engineer you can expect to...

  • Own and continuously evolve HSO’s marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring platforms work seamlessly across the buyer journey and support scalable growth.
  • Identify manual, fragmented, or inefficient go-to-market processes and design technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions that improve speed, effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Build, deploy, and optimize AI-enabled workflows, agents, and tools that enhance productivity across Marketing, Sales, and the broader GTM organization.
  • Develop automation that supports demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), Microsoft alliance initiatives, and seller activation programs.
  • Help operationalize AI across marketing functions, including content creation, campaign execution, audience intelligence, personalization, reporting, and seller enablement.
  • Evaluate emerging marketing, automation, and AI technologies, determining where they can deliver meaningful business value and improve GTM performance.
  • Design and maintain scalable workflows and integrations connecting Dynamics 365 CRM, Apollo, sales engagement platforms, intent and data providers, and other GTM tools.
  • Create dashboards, automated reporting, alerts, and actionable insights that help teams understand performance and focus on high-impact opportunities.
  • Establish documentation, governance, and best practices that enable automation and AI solutions to scale safely and effectively across the organization.
  • Serve as a technical problem solver for Marketing by improving processes, accelerating execution, and helping teams work smarter through technology.

  • Understanding B2B marketing and how prospects move through the lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
  • Translating business challenges into practical technology, automation, and AI solutions.
  • Building workflows, integrations, and automated processes across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Working with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and low-code/no-code automation tools.
  • Evaluating new technologies and identifying opportunities to create measurable business impact.
  • Using data, reporting, and analytics to uncover insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Experimenting, prototyping, and iterating quickly rather than waiting for perfect requirements.
  • Thriving in a fast-moving environment where technology and business needs continue to evolve.

Sound interesting? If so, you’ll have...

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, revenue operations, growth operations, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing processes and the end-to-end lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Experience building and managing workflows, integrations, and automations across multiple technologies.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, or AI-enabled automation within real business workflows.
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, low-code/no-code automation platforms, and data integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market functions such as demand generation, ABM, alliance marketing, sales activation, or revenue growth initiatives is highly desirable.
