Job Overview
As a Global Payroll Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing global payroll pricing, ensuring compliance, and driving efficient execution of payroll solutions. You will work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to develop standardized payroll structures, optimize pricing strategies, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Payroll Pricing and Structure Optimization: Integrate and simplify global payroll pricing models to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Solution Development: Design scalable payroll solutions that meet customer needs and ensure compliance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales, operations, and finance teams to provide competitive customized payroll solutions.
• Process Optimization: Identify and drive automation and efficiency improvements in payroll operations.
• Market Analysis: Pay attention to global payroll trends, tax regulations, and industry best practices to optimize solutions.
• Customer Consulting: Assist sales teams to develop payroll solutions that meet customer business and financial needs.

Job Requirements
• Experience Requirements: 5+ years of experience in payroll solutions, HR, finance or related fields. Experience in global payroll operations preferred.
• Expertise: Familiar with global payroll compliance, tax and employment regulations.
• Skill Requirements: Data analysis, pricing strategy development and process optimization experience.
• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, able to collaborate smoothly with global teams.
• Technical Skills: Familiar with payroll software and HR technology solutions preferred.
