Overview
We’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to take a lead role in scaling and hardening the infrastructure that powers our global SaaS platform. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives that ensure the performance, reliability, and security of our systems as we rapidly grow. Main Mission

Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and security of our SaaS platform

Lead infrastructure automation efforts using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management tools

Define and monitor SLAs/SLOs/SLIs, and drive service quality improvements

Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines, enabling faster and safer deployments

Contribute to and continuously improve disaster recovery, backup, and incident response plans

Proactively analyze system capacity and forecast resource needs

Diagnose complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes

Collaborate with engineering squads to embed DevOps best practices in the SDLC
Requirements

7+ years of experience in Software or Infrastructure Engineering, with 5+ years in a DevOps or SRE role

Strong experience designing and operating production-grade cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)

Proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, and container orchestration at scale

Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go

Solid knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, ELK, New Relic)

Experience with Github Actions, Jenkins or other CI/CD tools

Familiar with networking, load balancing, security groups, and IAM
Preferred Skills

Experience in a multi-tenant B2B SaaS environment

Understanding of compliance and security standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.)

Exposure to incident management processes and running game days/postmortems

Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence development teams
