🌍 Job title: Engineering Project Coordinator

📍 Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris - international travel required (incl 2 months May-July 2027)

📝 Contract Type: CDD September 2026 to end July 2027

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and hands-on Engineering Project Coordinator to support our Engineering team across multiple international projects, from preparation through to live event delivery.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, live-event environment, enjoys being close to the detail, and takes pride in keeping complex operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the Engineering Project Manager with day-to-day coordination, planning, administration, and logistics
Ensuring clear and constant communication across the Engineering team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Anticipating next steps and proactively following up to keep projects moving forward
Coordinating project tools, schedules, and reporting across multiple events
Working closely with HR, Finance, Logistics and suppliers to ensure operational alignment
Supporting staffing plans, on-site delivery, and post-event follow-up
Ensuring deadlines are met and standards remain consistently high

Experience & Skills:

✔ Experience as a team coordinator

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

✔ Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

✔ Confident using Microsoft 365 / Office tools

✔ Experience in international, multi-stakeholder environments is a plus
