This Penalty Charge Administrator role at Ocado Group is your chance to gain essential office experience in a crucial, high-energy team. You will be right at the heart of our operations, helping to keep our massive delivery fleet moving smoothly across the UK.

Why This Role is an excellent opportunity:

You will be the go-to person for managing all parking and traffic violations (PCNs) for the Ocado fleet. You will be a vital link between our delivery teams, internal departments, and our external partners.

  • Be the Data Expert: Accurately input and manage all violation data into our central system.
  • Investigator & Coordinator: Work closely with our delivery teams ("depots") to gather and confirm evidence for each case.
  • Customer Champion: Review and respond to appeals from our drivers in a professional and timely way.
  • Relationship Builder: Help manage the relationship with our external PCN management provider, making sure they have all the data they need.
  • Keep all records and documentation flawless—attention to detail is key
  • Go-To Support: Handle incoming queries from both internal teams and external contacts quickly and professionally.

About you

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced administration role 
  • Professional telephone and email manner
  • Able to work independently and manage conflicting priorities
  • Computer literacy (Google Suite, MS Office)
  • Experience working in a logistics or fleet-based business
  • Previous experience using case management or ticketing systems
