Deputy Manager

Join us as a Deputy Manager in our Stratford Westfield store. The role will be supporting the Store Manager in growing this unique, community focused space. No two days will be the same in this exciting role with responsibilities spanning from the overall day-to-day running and strategic execution of the store to supporting with store-driven projects and nurturing an in-store culture which brings to life our values. 

 This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced store leader who has experience working within a fast paced, high growth brand and is genuinely passionate about our brand and mission. You’ll inspire and motivate your team to create exceptional experiences for every visitor.

  • Senior leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, and agile environment.
  • Proven track record of managing, leading and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to both give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Comfortable shifting gears and spinning multiple plates.
  • A strategic, commercially-minded approach with a positive, solution-orientated attitude.
  • A shared passion for our team, customer/community experiences and brand/product education.
  • Tech savvy, with experience in digital and unified commerce.
  • You do all of this whilst having fun, and ensuring others around you are too.
  • You would work where and when the business needs you, be it in-store, on weekends or bank holidays.

In order to comply with PCI-DSS standards (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) which governs how we handle, store and access payment data, this position is subject to satisfactory results from necessary pre-employment checks, including a basic DBS check. This will be conducted at offer stage and covers unspent convictions only. In all cases we’ll always speak to you first and no offers will be automatically withdrawn.
