About the role:

Join our Venture Investments team as an Investment Analyst where you'll dive deep into the evolving world of crypto, unearthing the next big thing before it's on anyone else's radar. You'll immerse yourself in research, analytics, and hands-on evaluation of emerging technologies, shaping investment strategies with your insights into token economics and protocol potential.

  • Conducting in-depth research on market trends, broader industry developments, and emerging narratives to anticipate where the crypto space is headed next, identifying key investment opportunities ahead of the curve.
  • Performing deep due diligence on potential investments, including evaluation of tokenomics, protocol mechanics, and competitive positioning.
  • Contributing to the underwriting of technical aspects such as smart contract architecture, consensus mechanisms, and scalability models.
  • Actively engaging with early-stage networks, testnets, devnets, and protocols to assess usability, traction, and developer activity, to understand where real momentum is building.
  • Analyzing data from both on-chain and off-chain sources, modeling financial expectations, to create investment theses, memos, and internal reports to drive informed decision-making.
  • Enhancing the investment process by streamlining data aggregation, refining diligence frameworks, and improving overall workflows to make the investment pipeline more capable and scalable

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
  • Deep analytical skills with the ability to assess financial models, interpret key metrics, and understand valuation dynamics
  • At least 2+ years of experience in crypto markets, DeFi, or blockchain ecosystems, with a solid understanding of tokenomics, smart contracts, and decentralized governance
  • Deep curiosity about emerging technologies, crypto market structures, and the broader macro factors influencing digital assets
  • Exemplary communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats
  • Preference for individuals with functional experience in Web3
  • Prior professional experience in Venture Capital
