Build and develop long-term relationships with VIP clients;

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value users;

Drive client engagement, retention, loyalty, and activity;

Understand player behaviour and identify opportunities for growth;

Work with client insights to improve the VIP experience;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic iGaming environment;

Contribute to business expansion and the development of new markets.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
-
1-3 years of experience in Account Management, VIP Management, Customer Success, Retention, Sales, or similar roles;
-
Experience in iGaming or understanding of client retention, lifecycle management, and VIP player behaviour;
-
Ability to manage several VIP clients simultaneously, work with client activity data, and act on insights;
-
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level and fluent Ukrainian;
-
Hungarian language will be a plus.
