Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

Perfect for those who aim to:
  • Act as a key HR point of contact, providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and 1:1 check-ins to performance reviews and offboarding, ensuring smooth and effective people operations;

  • Partner closely with managers to lead and embed robust performance management practices;

  • Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, surfacing insights and driving action in partnership with business leaders;

  • Contribute to HR analytics by collecting and interpreting data to inform workforce strategy, performance trends, and team dynamics;

  • Continuously improve HR processes and practices to support both employees and business needs.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR People Partner;

  • Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour legislation and employment regulations;

  • Experience managing official employment processes, including employment contracts, amendments, and termination documentation, in compliance with local legal requirements;

  • Proven experience supporting teams, ideally within a multicultural environment;

  • Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and hands-on experience implementing various performance management tools;

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;

  • Experience managing the full employee lifecycle from an employment administration perspective, including preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, and related documentation;

  • Experience coordinating employment terminations, including preparing termination documentation, managing offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements;

  • Experience maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring all employment documentation is complete, up to date, and compliant with company policies and local legislation.
