Plan, organize, and execute offline activations at stadiums, fan zones, bars, and other event venues;

Develop and implement creative strategies to engage audiences on-site and maximize participation;

Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless activation delivery;

Oversee activation budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability;
-
Monitor activation set-ups, ensuring execution aligns with brand standards and agreed concepts;

Work closely with marketing, crm and operations teams to align activations with broader brand strategies;

Measure and report on the effectiveness of activations, collecting feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
-
3+ years of experience in event production, brand activations, or BTL agencies;
-
Upper-intermediate to advanced English level (for professional business communication and reporting);
-
Full professional fluency in Spanish for vendor management and on-site coordination;
-
Proven track record of delivering events from scratch (Concept → Execution → Wrap-up), taking full ownership of the project lifecycle;
-
Extensive on-site experience managing multiple activations simultaneously in fast-paced environments;
-
Experience across diverse formats including corporate, sports, VIP, and large-scale brand experiences;
-
Deep knowledge of production materials and elements (graphics, structures, furniture, POP, and lighting);
-
Solid understanding of technical production, including audio, video, staging, and basic electrical requirements;
-
Ability to read and interpret layouts, plans, technical riders, and 3D renders;
-
Strict adherence to brand implementation standards within physical and built environments;
-
Expertise in budget preparation, quotation comparison, and strict cost control to ensure project profitability;
-
Ability to measure activation performance using data points like participation, engagement levels, and audience feedback;
-
A practical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to react quickly to on-site issues and unexpected situations;
-
Experience coordinating and negotiating with production companies, specialized vendors, and technical teams;
-
High attention to detail regarding branding, set-up quality, and the overall aesthetic experience;
-
Strong understanding of brand implementation standards in physical environments;
-
Availability to work weekends, extended hours and event days.
