Our client is an international online gaming company focused on delivering engaging and innovative gaming experiences, leveraging modern technologies to provide high-quality products and services for a global audience.
Perfect for those who aim to:
  • Identify and implement AI solutions to optimise customer support, CRM, and iGaming product user journeys;

  • Configure and manage AI tools (chatbots, automation flows) in platforms like Intercom;

  • Improve UX through AI-driven automations;

  • Design and optimise automation scenarios for player lifecycle, retention, and engagement;

  • Build and optimise Slack automations (alerts, workflows, internal bots) to improve team efficiency and communication;

  • Monitor AI and support performance (CSAT, automation rates), analyse results, and continuously improve workflows;

  • Use chat and product analytics to identify friction points and suggest UX/product improvements;

  • Support teams in adopting AI tools and best practices.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • 2+ years in customer operations, CRM, or digital products (iGaming is a strong plus);

  • Experience with Intercom or similar platforms;

  • Hands-on experience with chatbots, automation tools, or AI assistants;

  • Understanding of customer journey, UX, and retention mechanics in digital products;

  • Analytical skills and experience with performance metrics;

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Support, or CRM teams;

  • At least Intermediate level of English.
