CRM Casino Manager

Plan and execute impactful casino promotion campaigns;

Conduct detailed campaign analysis, focusing on key casino metrics to understand campaign success and improvements;

Customize campaigns, working with a range of communication channels (Email/SMS/Popup/WebPush;

Collaborate closely with wider teams, focusing on ordering content and design materials.
We need your professional experience:
-
At least 2 years of experience in a CRM/Retention or marketing manager position with an understanding of the full user flow;
-
Experience with different communication channels (email/SMS/push/popup);
- A great understanding of casino and players;
-
A good understanding of betting industry specifics (user behavior, mechanics, bonuses, game types) and key KPIs (GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU, etc.);

Ability to prioritse and organise operational tasks efficiently according to set deadlines;
-
Knowledge of HTML and Jira would be a plus.
