What we do

The Gropyus Design Team contributes to our mission by creating cutting-edge, innovative, and intuitive solutions for our internal and external products set in a variety of domains. 

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the creation of intuitive and impactful user experiences within our products. You'll guide design processes from initial research through final execution, addressing both user needs and strategic business objectives. Collaboration is key, as you'll partner closely with x-functional teams in a highly feedback-oriented environment, helping shape innovative solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes. 

What to expect 

• Lead end-to-end product design processes, leveraging methodologies such as Design Thinking to fulfill diverse project objectives. 

• Advocate user-centered design approaches that balance user needs with business goals. 

• Collaborate effectively with design, product management, research, and engineering teams. 

• Deliver innovative and impactful designs aligned with strategic business outcomes. 

• Clearly communicate design concepts through presentations, thorough documentation, and detailed handoff processes. 

• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture.  

What you bring over 

Experience and Skills 

• Degree in Interaction Design, Psychology, Visual Design, or related disciplines. 

• 6+ years of proven product design experience, ideally within startup or entrepreneurial settings. 

• Demonstrated expertise in responsive digital design, visual design principles, and prototyping techniques. 

• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, design systems, and component libraries. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German proficiency is a plus). 
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UX/UI design work and comprehensive case studies.
