Proven Product Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building successful products in tech-driven industries (B2B SaaS or data-heavy platforms a plus)
  • A track record of owning product modules, domains or a single product end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, with tangible impact on business metrics.

Product Thinking, From Micro to Macro

  • You think big but sweat the details.
  • You're as comfortable shaping the long-term product vision as you are making trade-offs in day-to-day execution.
  • You prioritize by knowing when to say “not now” and when to double down. 
  • With your experience, you know when to stop and when to go further.

Startup Agility & Decision Velocity

  • You’ve worked in fast-paced environments where things shift weekly.
  • You’re used to navigating ambiguity, making quick calls with limited data, and adjusting based on what you learn.
  • You know how to bring structure without overcomplicating.

Stakeholder Savviness

  • You’ve worked cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
  • You know how to manage up, down, and sideways - with empathy, clarity, and conviction.

Customer Obsession

  • You deeply understand user pain points, behaviors, and needs - then translate those into products that people love and businesses value.
  • You care about outcomes over output and are constantly testing, learning, and iterating.

AI Awareness & Data-Driven Thinking

  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you should have strong instincts for where AI creates leverage.
  • You stay curious and informed about how LLMs and automation are reshaping the product landscape.
  • You have experience working with large datasets or data-rich environments - or are excited to learn quickly in this space.

Not a must but a nice-to-have: Previous experience working with OKR framework.

You will be (Responsibilities) 

  • Partnering with top notch team members from engineering and design to define problems, craft clear solution specs, and ship delightful, high-quality features. 
  • Diving deep into the an exciting industry where you can spot improvement areas as your opportunities, experiment, shape and deliver for impact. 
  • Turning customer insights, support tickets, and operational feedback into actionable product improvements and strategic bets.
  • Working with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and leadership to maximize the impact of each release on core business metrics.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment and maintaining a strong cadence of updates, demos, and outcome-based reporting.
  • Using data (quantitative and qualitative) to continuously improve your product area - running experiments, measuring results, and iterating with purpose.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer and the product strategist by balancing long-term vision with short-term wins.
