Account manager (VIP clients)

The main responsibility will be:
- Establishing effective communication with VIP clients, ensuring the highest standards of communication are consistently met.
- Analyzing the end user experience based on following data: customer’s feedback, support requests data analysis, service data statistics and internal testing
- Helping clients understand the platform and supporting them throughout the process of making a deposit
- Assisting clients via various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, platform chat, email, push notifications). Delivering the personalized account servicing to foster trust and long-term relationships.
- Own the resolution and satisfactory outcome of clients issue end to end
- Collaboration with the management and IT/Support departments
Discover your Fit:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, focusing on Forex, CFDs, or Crypto.
Background in sales would be a great plus
Proficiency in English(clear accent)
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset.
