We’re hiring a Head of Operations (Revenue Organization) — a high-trust, high-impact Execution Partner to our Chief Revenue Officer. This is not a back-office role.

You’ll be the CRO’s operational right hand — ensuring that revenue-driving initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Regional Ops are executed with speed, clarity, and accountability. This role is perfect for someone with strong commercial acumen, excellent coordination skills, and a love for structure and action.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Execution & Operational Cadence

  • Support execution of the roadmap across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships — ensuring projects move forward with speed and precision.
  • Facilitate the CRO’s weekly and monthly performance rhythms: dashboards, KPI reviews, blocker resolution, and tactical follow-ups.
  • Ensure alignment of Region-level initiatives with commercial strategy.

Commercial Intelligence & Performance Tracking

  • Partner with BI to track key customer and org KPIs.
  • Maintain real-time performance dashboards to keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • Synthesize insights into CRO-level and board-level updates.

Stakeholder Alignment & Internal Orchestration

  • Ensure campaign launches, business cases, and incentive schemes are executed consistently across teams and regions.
  • Coordinate internally across departments to unblock and align initiatives.

Tactical Follow-Through

  • Manage delivery of cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain project timelines, hold stakeholders accountable, and drive clarity across workstreams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10 years in Strategy, Commercial Operations, Revenue Ops, or BizOps — ideally in fintech.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs and performance cadences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate KPIs into operational action.
  • Strong project management and internal stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communicator, fluent in English, and comfortable with remote-first collaboration.
