  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts across relevant policy, business and market communities.
  • Contribute to and appear on the Sustainable Views podcast.
  • Help develop Sustainable Views’ wider media offering, including innovative social media, audio and visual content.
  • Attend and report from relevant industry, policy and stakeholder events.
  • Support editing when required.
  • Contribute flexibly to other editorial priorities and projects as required by the editors.

Required Skills and Experience

  • The ability to manage multiple stories or projects concurrently and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to conduct interviews and develop sources.
  • Flexibility around working hours when required by the news agenda.

Desirable

  • A degree or equivalent experience in journalism, data journalism or a related field.
  • Good numeracy skills and confidence interpreting data.
  • Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools appropriately to support data analysis.
