  • Continuously improve usability, clarity and self-service capabilities across reports and BI tools

  • Deliver training and enablement on reporting tools, enhancements and best practices

  • Act as a primary point of contact for reporting users, managing queries and providing day-to-day support

  • Investigate and resolve reporting issues, working with data and engineering teams to identify root causes

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in BI, analytics or reporting roles

  • Hands-on experience building dashboards using BI and visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)

  • Experience working with a wide variety of datasets

  • Strong attention to detail with an inquisitive and analytical mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations

  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills

  • Commercial awareness and ability to understand the business drivers behind reporting needs

  • Passion for data visualisation and delivering clear, actionable insight

  • Interest in modern analytics practices, including self-serve reporting and emerging approaches such as conversational analytics

Desirable

  • Working knowledge of data modelling concepts and analytical dataset design

  • Familiarity with database design principles and data transformations

  • Experience working in a commercial, advertising or media environment
