Asset Collateral Management Associate, Lending

About the role:

We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Asset Collateral Management Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fraud and asset collateral management within the banking or P2P lending industry. 

 

What You Will Do:

  • Verify that all pre-disbursement covenants are met before loan disbursement.
  • Escalate any discrepancies or issues found in the pre-disbursement covenant checks.
  • Receive, verify, and process bank checks.
  • Ensure secure storage of collateral assets (such as bank checks and certificates) either in a Safe Deposit Box (SDB) or through a vendor.
  • Conduct monthly collateral inventory audits.
  • Monitor and manage term saving transactions.
  • Follow up and maintain To Be Obtained (TBO) documentation for outstanding requirements.

 What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
