Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in regulatory compliance within the iGaming or a similarly regulated industry.
• Deep understanding of international gaming regulations and licensing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience conducting internal audits and risk assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using compliance tracking tools or project management software is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Expansion
  • Conduct in-depth regulatory research for new and emerging iGaming
  markets.
  • Assess licensing requirements, technical standards, responsible gaming
  frameworks, and applicable restrictions.
  • Prepare internal reports summarizing compliance obligations for each
  target market.
• Regulatory Monitoring & Maintenance
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory updates in jurisdictions where the
  company is active.
  • Implement internal changes and updates in response to evolving
  regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies when
  needed.
• Internal Audits & Risk Management
  • Plan and execute internal compliance audits to ensure ongoing
  adherence to jurisdictional requirements.
  • Identify gaps or risks in existing compliance processes and propose
  solutions.
• Risk & Cost Analysis for New Market
  • Evaluate risks associated with entering new markets, including legal,
  financial, and operational aspects.
  • Estimate initial and ongoing compliance costs such as certification,
  audits, and maintenance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with legal, product, technology, and commercial teams to
  ensure compliance is embedded in all company processes.
  • Provide training and guidance on compliance topics as needed
