We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and player-centric Product Manager to join our team and lead initiatives focused on boosting core product metrics across our games and products. This role is critical in shaping player experiences that drive retention, engagement, and LTV.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and launch impactful products, features, and tools that drive growth.

The expertise we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in gaming or igaming 3+ years.
  • Strong proficiency in product analytics, including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, segmentation, retention and LTV calculation, and more.  
  • Ability to translate data into actionable product insights and strategies.
  • Ability to manage the full end-to-end product development cycle – from gathering insights to launching retention tools and measuring their impact and effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, player lifecycle management, retention mechanics, and engagement loops.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user motivation, and behavioral drivers in gaming / igaming games and products.
  • Experience in writing concise and clear documentation.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • English proficiency – B2 level or higher.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and impact-driven environment.

Would be a plus:

  • Data Analytics - proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure and optimize the product and marketing campaigns.
  • Project Management Skills - strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Your position will include:

  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, researchers, and game designers to uncover player behavior patterns, generate hypotheses, and turn them into actionable growth opportunities.
  • Leverage data to generate hypotheses and prioritize product, tool and feature development aimed at improving core product metrics (with a focus on retention, engagement, and LTV – though not limited to these metrics).
  • Design and execute comprehensive player retention strategies by analyzing data to identify friction points and moments of churn, mapping and optimizing end-to-end player journeys.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap, ensuring a strong pipeline of products, tools, and features that support sustainable growth and player retention.
  • Manage and improve existing tools and products aimed at enhancing player retention.
  • Own the A/B testing process: design experiments, evaluate results, and iterate based on findings.
  • Define and monitor KPIs; track and report on the success of features and campaigns, ensuring measurable impact on player retention, engagement and LTV.
  • Participate in qualitative research – including user interviews, playtests, and feedback sessions – to gain deeper understanding of player motivations.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Implementation of reporting and analytics infrastructure to support decision-making.
  • Delivery of a clear and actionable product roadmap focused on growing retention and engagement.
  • Tangible improvements in core metrics: retention, session length, session frequency, engagement, and LTV.
  • Demonstrable impact of launched features and campaigns on player satisfaction and LTV.
