Executive Assistant to EQT Global Wealth Solutions
As an Executive Assistant to EQT Global Wealth Solutions, you will support senior leaders at the centre of EQT’s capital raising, client engagement and private wealth efforts. This is a dynamic and international role where structure, initiative and service mindset come together to enable high-impact work across regions and time zones.
About the Global Wealth Solutions team
Global Wealth Solutions is a highly strategic function within EQT. The team is responsible for capital raising activities, including fundraising and co-investments, as well as business development, marketing and client services across EQT’s funds and strategies.
The function works closely with institutional investors and private wealth clients,supporting long-term partnerships across EQT’s Private Capital and Real Assets business segments. The team operates globally and collaborates closely across regions,covering markets from the US to Australia.
You will join a diverse, collaborative and ambitious group of professionals, based in Stockholm and connected to colleagues across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific.
About the role
In this role, you will support three senior team members based in Stockholm and Zurich. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment and play a key role in enabling effective planning, communication and execution across capital raising, client coverage and private wealth initiatives.
As the team operates across multiple time zones, you will need to plan proactively and coordinate activities with a global perspective. Flexibility and forward planning will be important to ensure smooth scheduling and collaboration across regions.
You will act as a trusted partner, helping your stakeholders manage priorities, optimize time and stay ahead of upcoming commitments.
Your responsibilities include:
- Take full ownership of complex calendars and proactively plan ahead across multiple time zones.
- Understand the broader context of each stakeholder’s agenda to prioritize effectively.
- Coordinate international travel, including logistics, policies and agreements.
- Prepare, schedule and follow up on roadshows, investor meetings and conferences.
- Put together high-quality PowerPoint presentations on short notice when needed.
- Maintain and update the client relationship management system.
- Review and process invoices, expenses and time reports accurately.
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and share best practices.
- Plan and execute internal team events and external conferences.
About you
You are structured, proactive and service-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership. You enjoy working in a team environment and build trust through reliability and attention to detail. You communicate clearly and confidently in both Swedish and English and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in an international setting.
You feel confident working in PowerPoint and take pride in delivering clear and well-structured presentation materials, sometimes within tight deadlines.
Essential skills and experience
- Experience in an Executive Assistant or similar coordination role.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a professional environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel, as well as Gmail, Google Drive and Slack.
Nice to have
- Experience working in an international organization
- Background in financial services, private markets or a related industry.
- Familiarity with client relationship management systems.
- Experience preparing and updating professional presentation materials.
