What you will do

As the Product Lead for Motherbrain Platform, you will be the leader of the Product Management discipline within our organization. This role is critical in defining, adjusting, and executing our long-term product strategy. 

You will oversee multiple work streams, managing a team of product managers and a customer success specialist, while ensuring alignment across roadmaps and EQT's business objectives. 

You will also play a key role in defining best practices, fostering collaboration with UX, Engineering, and other departments, and driving our AI-powered solutions forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy: Define and adjust the long-term Motherbrain Platform strategy aligned with EQT's goals.
• Vision: Build and communicate a clear vision for the Motherbrain Platform, inspiring teams to execute and deliver on that vision.
• Product Roadmap: Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on user needs and company strategy.
• Execution: Oversee planning across multiple workstreams, and in collaboration with engineering ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
• Leadership: Manage a team of product managers and customer success, fostering alignment and prioritization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to drive product success.
• AI Focus: Lead initiatives involving AI and/or GenAI products.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading complex digital products/platforms, minimum 5 years experience within Product Management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience managing and developing a team of Product Managers.
• Expertise in product management best practices.
• Strong experience working with UX and Engineering teams.
• Business acumen and ability to align product initiatives with company goals.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• AI product development experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with customer success teams.
• Direct experience developing products and roadmaps with GenAI capabilities.
