Do you have a passion for creating visual content that supports impactful client engagement? EQT is looking for a creative and detail-oriented CR Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. This exciting opportunity is based in London.

 

About the team

The Client Relations & Capital Raising - CRM & Events team plays a pivotal role in how EQT engages with its clients and investors around the world. The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of a wide range of high-impact events—both virtual and in-person—that support EQT’s fundraising, investor relations, and branding efforts.

You’ll be an integral part of the team driving the visual storytelling and brand experience of EQT’s client events. From crafting high-end PowerPoint presentations and branded event materials to collaborating with teams across EQT, you’ll ensure our events reflect the excellence and professionalism our clients expect.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Branding: Design event identities consistent with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Presentation Materials: Create PowerPoint/Keynote templates, speaker slides, and animated decks for internal and external use.
  • Print & Digital Collateral: Design invitations, agendas, programs, signage, name badges, menus, and digital banners.
  • Digital Assets: Develop visual content for emails and event platforms.
  • Environmental Design: Support the creation of stage backdrops, feature areas, directional signage, and venue branding.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and print suppliers to manage design production timelines and quality.
  • Brand Governance: Ensure all designs align with brand standards and compliance requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain a library of templates, images, and other design elements to facilitate efficient production of materials.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in desktop publishing and design, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide design guidance and support to non-designers to help them confidently use branded templates and material
  • Communicate and coordinate with external vendors (e.g. printers, production teams, agencies) to ensure accurate, high-quality, and timely delivery of all creative outputs

Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in desktop publishing, graphic design, or a related field
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • High degree of creativity with the ability to design new graphics and templates
  • Takes initiative and is able to work both independently and collaboratively with others
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong brand stewardship with the ability to creatively problem-solve while maintaining visual consistency
  • Confident working across time zones and cultures in a global team
  • Comfortable adapting design work across mediums, including print, digital, presentations, signage, and event materials
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign), and other desktop publishing tools and software.
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro or similar)
  • Animation or motion design experience is a strong plus, familiarity with Adobe After Effects and 3D software (e.g. Blender) is highly desirable
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
