Job Application for Clinical ANP- Face to Face Services at eMed

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our clinical team in delivering face-to-face care to patients. The successful candidate will provide advanced clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and patient care in line with the highest standards of nursing practice. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and fostering a supportive, efficient healthcare environment.

This is a fixed-term contract (up to 12 months).

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Delivering high quality patient care as an advanced nurse practitioner in primary care
Conducting physical (F2F) appointments.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

NMC registered nurse, HCPC professional/ Pharmacist
MSc or Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice (at level 7)
Independent Nurse Prescriber or non medical prescribing qualification
Minimum 2-years experience post level 7 qualifications in primary care
Ability to see and treat patients with varying acute and chronic conditions
Understanding and knowledge of policy developments related to the delivery of primary care services including General Practice, the GMS/PMS contract, Clinical Governance, Quality & Outcomes Framework
Understanding of evidence based practice
Ability to assess and manage patient risk effectively and safely
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Reflective practitioner
