Job Description

You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...

  • Building the proof engine that makes selling easier by delivering case studies, references, and customer advocates that Sales need to close faster
  • Orchestrating tier-1 partner programs with SAP System Integrators and strategic alliances that amplify reach and drive pipeline
  • Running a customer advocacy program where you identify advocates, nurture relationships, and turn satisfied customers into active champions
  • Driving the customer story engine from identification through approvals to publication, owning strategy and cycle time
  • Working with compliance mandates and e-invoicing urgency to create proof that resonates with prospects facing regulatory deadlines
  • Multi-stakeholder coordination across Marketing, Customer Success, Partner Management and Sales
  • Building communities and ecosystems that create mutual value for customers, partners, and ecosio
  • Managing partner webinars and co-marketing initiatives with clear ROI tracking and conversion metrics
  • Operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up as we scale

Qualifications

To connect with ecosio it is important to have…

  • German language fluency (C2 or native level) to collaborate and interview our German-speaking customers and partners, and coordinate with our DACH teams
  • Senior operator experience with ecosystem programs, customer advocacy, and/or partner marketing
  • Proven track record building and running customer reference programs that deliver measurable impact on pipeline and sales cycles
  • Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with approvals and cross-functional dependencies
  • Community building skills with ability to identify, nurture, and activate customer advocates and partner relationships
  • Proof-driven mindset with relentless follow-through to chase approvals, coordinate interviews, and push case studies through publication cycles
  • Comfort with metrics and accountability for pipeline influence, partner-sourced revenue, and advocacy program performance
  • Ability to build programs and processes in ambiguous environments where you're defining the playbook as you scale

And nice to have…

  • Understanding of e-invoicing compliance mandates and regulatory urgency in European markets
  • Knowledge of SAP ecosystem and System Integrator partnership dynamics
  • Background in B2B enterprise software with complex sales cycles and technical buying committees
  • Familiarity with partner co-marketing within targeted account strategies
  • Additional European language skills (French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch)
