Job Description

Are you a seasoned B2B SaaS marketing professional with a proven track record of designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation strategies? Do you excel at leveraging marketing automation platforms, intent data, and advanced analytics to drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth? We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in attracting, engaging, and converting our target audience across various digital touchpoints. You will be instrumental in defining and executing campaigns that resonate with our B2B customers, translating market insights into actionable strategies, and significantly contributing to our revenue objectives.

  • Strategizing and Executing End-to-End Campaigns: Designing, planning, and executing comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation campaigns from conception through to analysis.
  • Driving Qualified Lead Generation: Taking ownership of lead generation targets, focusing on both quantity and quality through a mix of organic, paid, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Mastering Marketing Automation: Acting as the expert user and administrator for Pardot, leveraging its full capabilities for lead nurturing, scoring, grading and reporting to optimize conversion paths.
  • Optimizing Paid Media Performance: Managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, programmatic display) to achieve optimal ROI and lead volume.
  • Leveraging SEO & Organic Growth: Collaborating closely with content and product teams to ensure our organic search presence is maximized, identifying keyword opportunities, and enhancing our content strategy for demand generation.
  • Utilizing Intent Data for Precision Targeting: Identifying, evaluating, and integrating intent data platforms to uncover in-market accounts and individuals, enabling highly targeted and personalized outreach.
  • Analyzing Performance & Iterating: Establishing robust reporting frameworks, meticulously analyzing campaign performance against KPIs, and deriving actionable insights to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Working closely with Content, Event, Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives and product launches, creating a seamless customer journey.
  • Budget Management: Managing and optimizing demand generation budgets to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Staying Ahead of the Curve: Continuously researching and implementing emerging demand generation trends, tools, and best practices in the B2B SaaS space.

 

Qualifications

To connect with ecosio it is important to have…

  • Extensive B2B SaaS Experience: Several years of progressive experience (5+ years) in a dedicated B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Pardot Expertise: Demonstrated expert-level proficiency with Salesforce Pardot, including campaign setup, automation rules, lead scoring, email marketing, landing page creation, and integration with Salesforce CRM.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Proven success in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated campaigns across various channels including email, paid social, search, webinars, content syndication, and events.
  • Strong SEO & Organic Lead Generation Acumen: In-depth understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, technical SEO considerations, and strategies for driving organic traffic and leads.
  • Paid Media Mastery: Hands-on experience managing significant budgets for paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on B2B lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Intent Data Experience: Practical experience working with intent data platforms (e.g. 6sense) to identify in-market accounts and inform campaign strategies.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and present actionable recommendations. Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM dashboards).
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its integration with marketing automation platforms.
  • Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to think strategically about market trends and customer needs, coupled with a hands-on approach to executing tactical plans.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both German (native or near-native fluency is a strong plus, professional fluency required) and English. Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships across departments.

And nice to have…

  • A university degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • Familiarity with other marketing technologies beyond Pardot (e.g., GTM, segment, data visualization tools).
  • Experience with SEMrush
  • Experience in the EDI, E-invoicing, or supply chain technology sectors.
