Sales Enablement Manager
About Us
Duco is on a mission to reduce the time spent on data-related work by 90%. Our enterprise data automation platform empowers teams to work more efficiently and meaningfully by giving them the ability to automate data controls with the latest technology, such as no-code, the cloud, and AI.
We help firms to start trusting their data, by giving them one intuitive platform to automate the front-to-back processing of all kinds of data (from structured Excels and RTFs to unstructured PDFs and emails). This eliminates the boring manual work across the data lifecycle and enables firms to act faster, work smarter, save money, reduce risk and comply with regulatory requirements.
We’re headquartered in London and have offices in New York, Boston, Wroclaw, Singapore, and Antwerp. We’re proud to call some of the largest global financial institutions our clients, including over 15 of the world’s largest international banks, as well as brokers, exchanges, asset managers, hedge funds, administrators, service providers and corporates.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to drive seller readiness, optimize CRM workflows, and accelerate quota attainment across our growing revenue team.
This role goes beyond traditional training: you’ll own Spekit, work closely with reps and managers to diagnose friction in the sales process (especially in Salesforce), and use adoption and performance data to build targeted enablement interventions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing to ensure our teams have the skills, tools, and insights to win.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to be both strategic and operational — enabling at the team level while getting their hands dirty in the systems and data that power our GTM engine.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enablement Program Ownership:
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing learning programs for Sales Executives, Account Managers, and Solution Consultants
- Partner with sales leadership to define competencies and map learning plans to rep development
- Manage and own Spekit as the central platform for just-in-time learning, workflows, and tool adoption
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product launches and updates into effective selling tools and messaging
- CRM Workflow & Tool Adoption:
- Work closely with the Systems & Process Manager to understand sales workflows in Salesforce, Clari, Groove, and other tools
- Identify areas of friction in CRM usage, help redesign UX or data flows, and train accordingly
- Monitor hygiene in Salesforce (e.g., stage usage, close dates, opportunity naming, activities logged) and take proactive action to remediate issues
- Field Support & Change Management:
- Be the “voice of the field” and proactively capture rep feedback to inform process and tooling improvements
- Support reps and managers with guidance on best practices, MEDDPICC compliance, and pipeline management
- Lead communication and adoption efforts for new process rollouts or tech stack changes
We are looking for someone with:
- 3–5 years in sales enablement, sales operations, or GTM program management in a SaaS environment
- Strong Communication and collaboration skills to act as the key liaison between the sales team and the different departments around enabling needs
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
- Familiarity with Clari, Groove, or comparable forecasting/sales engagement tools
- Ability to analyze performance data and turn it into clear, actionable enablement plans
- Experience building and maintaining enablement assets (e.g., playbooks, learning paths)
- Comfortable working with commercial teams and adjusting approach by region, persona, or role
Benefits:
- Competitive salary package aligned with your skills and experience. Reviewed annually.
- Success Share or Commission bonus payments
- Healthcare cashback scheme and private medical insurance
- 4X salary life assurance
- Unlimited annual holiday, because we trust our people to manage their own time off
- Enhanced family leave
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Cycle to Work and Tech Scheme
- 4 Volunteering days off
- Flexible working policy (3 days per week in the office)
- Home working allowance
- Opportunity to work abroad for up to 6 weeks per year
- Personal learning and development opportunities
- Referral bonus if we hire someone great who you’ve recommended to us
- Spot Rewards
- Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year awards
