Office Administrator
We’re growing fast and looking for an Office Administrator who loves keeping people and projects organised and enjoys being at the heart of the action.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. You will provide administrative support to the Senior Office Manager and assist in daily office tasks to help maintain productivity and organisation. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Ordering merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
- Assist with the coordinating of office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Ensuring the office premises are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Serving as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
- Distributing incoming mail and handling outgoing mail and packages.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of office events and functions.
- Maintaining files and records, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information when needed.
- Assisting in managing the office budget, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
- Liaising with and supporting the People team with new starter equipment and day 1 set up where appropriate.
- Providing general support to colleagues and executives as required.
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Google suite and or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
