About the Role: Digital Technical Lead
Location: India - Remote

This role focuses on building production-grade, AI-powered full-stack applications that combine intuitive user experiences with robust backend orchestration and large language model integration. You will design and deliver AI agents, chatbots, and copilots that support real business workflows such as search, summarization, and decision support, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure. The position requires close collaboration with AI, data, and platform teams to operationalize models with strong observability, guardrails, and responsible AI practices. You will own performance, cost, and latency optimization while translating complex AI behavior into clear, trustworthy frontend experiences for end users.

What You’ll Do
• Design, build, and manage endtoend AIpowered features, covering frontend user experience, backend orchestration, and AI model integration.
• Develop AI agents, chatbots, and copilots for production use cases such as search, summarization, decision support, and workflow automation.
• Create conversational interfaces on the frontend and develop supporting APIs, prompts, tools, and workflows on the backend.
• Integrate LLMs and ML models through secure, scalable APIs using Azure OpenAI or Cognitive Services.
• Implement realtime AI interactions, including streaming responses, retries, fallback logic, and tool execution feedback.
• Present AI reasoning, tool outputs, and confidence signals as clear, usable frontend experiences.
• Work with AI, data, and platform teams to operationalize models, ensuring observability, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Optimize systems for latency, reliability, and cost while balancing user experience quality with performance constraints.

What You’ll Bring
• Demonstrated handson experience building full stack applications with modern frontend and backend APIs in production environments.
• Experience integrating GenAI or LLMs into applications using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI system design, including prompt engineering, tool or function calling model evaluation, and safety considerations.
• Experience designing backend orchestration layers for AI agents, including context management, memory, and tool routing.
• Ability to build frontend experiences for AI agents, such as chat UIs, multistep flows, and visualized outputs.
• Strong API design skills with REST or GraphQL, schemadriven development, and secure authentication patterns
• Understanding of realtime systems such as SSE, WebSockets, streaming APIs, and asynchronous workflows.
• Bonus: experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or agent frameworks is a plus.
