About the Role: Marketing and Communications Manager

Delphi is a Data, AI, and Security company with a strong foundation in proprietary IP and accelerators. This role is responsible for elevating Delphi’s market positioning toward a product-led, IP-focused Data & AI partner across all digital, social, and external communication channels.
The Marketing & Communications Manager will own brand messaging, digital presence, social media orchestration, website content, PR initiatives, sales toolkit content, and event coordination across regions.
This is a strategic execution role requiring exceptional writing, positioning, and content leadership skills.
What you will do
- Digital & Social Media Management
- Own and manage Delphi’s digital presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and manage the overall social media narrative aligned to Delphi IP, Data, AI, and Security positioning
- Write high-quality executive-level posts and thought leadership content
- Orchestrate leadership visibility (MD, Directors, Practice Leads)
- Coordinate visual assets and creative direction
- Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across regions (Middle East & US)
- Monitor engagement trends and continuously refining positioning.
- Website Content & Sales Toolkit Oversight
- Own the messaging architecture of Delphi’s website and sales-facing materials.
- Oversee website structure and content evolution toward IP-led and product-focused positioning
- Work closely with UX/design teams to ensure messaging alignment with strategic direction
- Manage all written content published on the website
- Develop and oversee sales toolkit materials, including:
- Accelerator solution briefs
- Case studies (1-pagers & detailed versions)
- Industry POV documents
- Corporate presentations and messaging assets
- Ensure messaging consistency across all customer-facing materials
- Strategic Partnerships & Co-Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate with Microsoft and other technology providers on joint initiatives.
- Align on co-marketing activities and joint events
- Support partner-led campaigns with structured messaging
- Ensure Delphi’s positioning is properly reflected in partner ecosystems
- Coordinate content and visibility around joint announcements
- Events & PR Management
- Lead Delphi’s external visibility strategy across markets.
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry events
- Develop event messaging and content
- Draft and manage press releases and public announcements
- Support expansion-related communications across regions
- Maintain a consistent public narrative aligned with growth strategy
Candidate Profile
- 5–8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing within technology, consulting, or Data & AI environments
- Exceptional writing and storytelling capability (must)
- Strong experience managing executive and corporate social media presence
- Experience developing sales enablement materials and structured case studies
- Exposure to working with global technology partners (e.g., Microsoft ecosystem preferred)
- Ability to operate across the Middle East and the US market expectations
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
