HR Business Partner (full-time office job, Kyiv)

Delasport is an iGaming Software company providing Sports Betting & Online Casino software, and turnkey B2B solutions. Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey. We are establishing an R&D center in Kyiv, and are looking for top talents to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR guidance and solutions that align with those objectives. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, offering insights on organizational and people-related matters.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Partner with the recruitment team to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent, participating in interview panels as needed.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to managers on leadership and people management skills.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, address concerns, and propose improvements.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, supporting the rollout of new processes, policies, and programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR, incorporating them into the organization's strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 
  • 4+ years of proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role. 
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with leaders to drive positive business outcomes.
  • Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
