Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Head of Affiliate Marketing to lead, scale, and innovate our affiliate marketing efforts across multiple brands and markets. This leadership role offers the unique opportunity to build, mentor, and grow your own affiliate marketing team, develop long-term partnerships, and drive significant revenue growth.

You will be responsible for designing and executing the overarching affiliate marketing strategy, overseeing performance optimization, and ensuring all efforts are aligned with the company’s ambitious growth targets.

This position is located in our Kyiv or Sofia (Bulgaria) office. We offer relocation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and drives sustainable revenue growth.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing affiliate marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own and continuously refine the affiliate program structure, commission models, and promotional strategies to remain competitive within the iGaming landscape.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture high-value affiliate partnerships globally, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships that maximize ROI and long-term value.
• Set KPIs, regularly monitor affiliate performance metrics, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, partnerships, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, CRM, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to ensure synergy and alignment across marketing initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Innovate affiliate marketing strategies to keep our Brands and Partners at the forefront of the iGaming industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of affiliate marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role within the iGaming, Casino, Betting, or similar online entertainment sectors.
• Proven ability to build and execute large-scale affiliate strategies, manage budgets, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional skills in building and maintaining long-term, productive relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience in performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms, tracking technologies, and analytical tools (e.g., NetRefer, Income Access, Google Analytics).
• Deep understanding of the iGaming regulatory environment, compliance requirements, and market dynamics
